School Rules

✓ Attending all the school functions is compulsory. No leave will be granted. Absence will be viewed seriously.
✓ Absence from the school is not in the interest of the students. Parents are earnestly requested not to apply for leave if they can avoid it. The leave, as a rule, is to be applied for and the sanction obtained. It should not be treated as a casual affair.
✓ Non-Kesdhari boys should keep their hair short. Under turban is compulsory for kesdhari boys up to class VII. Turbans are compulsory for kesdhari boys from class VIII onwards.
✓ Use of mobile phones is strictly banned. Defaulters will be issued Red cards or maybe even expelled from the school.
✓ Caution money (Security) which is refundable must be withdrawn within 3 months from the withdrawal of the child otherwise it will go to the general fund of the school. No request for refund will be entertained after 3 months from leaving the school.
✓ The principal reserves the right to turn out students whose progress is unsatisfactory or whose behavior is harmful to the other school children.

✓ Examination progress report and promotion rules:- In addition to the annual and half-yearly examination, unit tests are held periodically on the basis of which result statements are prepared for each term. You are requested to maintain the sanctity of TESTS as the school will not conduct any special tests other than those already scheduled. A record of achievements is regularly maintained in each subject. Parents and guardians of the students are informed after every unit test. They are encouraged to visit the school to discuss the progress of their wards on the parents’ day.
✓ 75% attendance is compulsory.
✓ Applications for leave should be sent stating the reason and the period of absence.
✓ If a student is repeatedly absent without leave for more than 14 days his/her name will be struck from the rolls of the school.
✓ Leave application should be signed by the parents/ guardians of the Pupil.
✓ No back dated application will be considered for leave.

✓ Every student of the school has to pay respect to his/her teachers and elders whether in/outside the school campus.
✓ When a teacher enters/leaves the class, they should stand up as mark of respect.
✓ Students should be attentive in the class. They should do their home assignment regularly and sincerely.
✓ Students should be polite, well behaved in and outside the school.
✓ Students should maintain cleanliness in the school. They should keep their classrooms, Labs, Library and school compound neat and clean.
✓ Students should be clean in their person and neatly dressed in school uniform.
✓ Students should maintain complete silence while going to and coming back from the general assembly, PT class, Music class, Labs and Library.
✓ Students should not write, carve or scratch on the school walls or furniture.
✓ Punctuality must be strictly observed by the students.
✓ Everyday students should bring their school diary with them.
✓ Students should never tamper with entries made in their progress reports and diaries.
✓ Each student is responsible for his/her own things like loss of books, money, clothes and any valuable articles in school.
✓ No collection on money/articles for any purposes what so ever may be made without the prior written sanction of the Principal.
✓ Students should not throw waste and rubbish material here and there. Use dustbins and keep the school premises neat and clean.
✓ Students should preserve environment, plant trees and maintain greenery.
